Doing the end of the year catch up again, only this time I’m catching up for two years. This was October 2024, so I didn’t really manage to get caught up last year… at least this is still a going concern.
These are from my friend Casey’s birthday celebration in 2024; I missed her party this year due to having two broken arms at the wrong time (there is no right time). Casey is an amazing human, throws wonderful whimsical parties that, through bad luck and bad timing, I miss about two thirds of. So it goes.
I think it might’ve been Fleet Week? Traffic getting into the city, tons of boats on the bay, planes doing aerobatics, it fits. I think we brought a couple bottles of champagne? And since it was a birthday party, a gift. Real nice day in the park.
