I actually took this because I really liked the light, and I wanted to remember it for future studio use. Single, harsh light can be good, even from directly above the subject.

Another “miracle” picture: there’s no way to express how little light there is when one of the biggest sources in the picture is a cell phone screen. Of course, there’s quite a bit coming off the streetlights too.
